INSTRUMENT INVENTORY FORM (TUNERS TOO) 

Week of September 14

• Monday, Sept 14 - 3:30-5:30 practice; bring a change of clothes to clean the stadium since it was not completed Friday after the game

• Tuesday, Sept 15 - Practice 3:30–5:30 PM

• Thursday, September 17 - Bring a pair of shorts to school; part of class may be outside

• Friday, September 18 - Away Game at Daphne High School

  • • Uniform: Dri-FIT tops, band shoes, long black socks, gloves, and hats

    • Daphne Homecoming - We will do our marching show pregame.

    • Approximate Game Day Schedule

      • • 5:00 Call time

        • 5:15 Leave

        • 6:00 Arrive and unpack to perform marching show

        • 6:30pm - Perform marching show

        • 7:00 PM: Kickoff and first quarter begins.

        • 8:15 PM: Halftime is our break. Make sure you are at least with one other person during break or be in the band section. Band return by 5:00 in 3rd quarter

General Announcements

• HypeRaise: Keep sharing! Our $15,000 goal will help purchase new wind suits for the band. We're already halfway to our goal!

• YayBand Contest: Saturday, September 26. This is one of our biggest events of the year, and we will need lots of parent volunteers and food donations. Sign up to volunteer here. Sign up to donate food here.

• Parent Volunteer Meeting: Tuesday, September 22, 5:15–6:00 PM in the band room.

• Volunteer signup links for the upcoming football season and for YayBand Contest are active under the Volunteer tab. 

• Los Angeles Trip: March 30–April 2, 2027. We still need approximately 10 more travelers. Family and friends are welcome to participate.

• Practice Minutes: Contest Band and Leadership students must submit practice minutes/private lessons by the last day of each month.
